Stofpad: translated from Afrikaans, it means ‘dust road’; and that perfectly describes our countryside, and we deeply value our Afrikaans Heritage at our Lodge.

Situated on the edge of the Khomas escarpment with unspoiled mountain scenery, a mere 2-hour drive from Windhoek which is on route to Sossusvlei via Solitaire. Makes Stofpad the ideal place for a stop-over or just a quick pop-in.
Stofpad currently offers the following accommodation:
- Two luxury campsites, with a kitchenette, bathroom, outside barbeque, firepit, and high shaded areas (ideal for roof-top tents). A parking area for a trailer or caravan with a power point is also available.
- Stofpad also offers two exclusive self-catering Chalet’s that are fully equipped and includes air-conditioning, outside barbeque, and shaded parking.
Our ‘Stofpad Farm Shop’, located at the main building, is stocked with all the necessities you need for your stay. We locally source all our products, from meat to firewood to even homemade ice cream. Ice-cold beer from our own craft brewery is also available at our Shop.
The recreational area at the main building includes a swimming pool and children’s playground. With various facilities and activities to choose from, one will never get bored.
